Dear Thuong,

Everything went smoothly in DBP and I was met immediately at Hanoi airport by my driver. The hotel is excellent and well located. Thank you.
Le Tien Vy was an excellent guide and was able to get me to meet the international cooperation person at a large high school and we then went to a model farm where students are trained. Everyone was  informative and I enjoyed it very much. I also enjoyed conversations with Vy who was always patient and willing to explain things to me.

Can you tell me the pick up time at my hotel on Thursday 26th ? I think it will have to be earlier than normal because of Tet traffic on the road and the number of people who will be in the airport travelling for Tet.

Mr Dao,

My wife Narelle Williams has already thanked you but I would like to add my appreciation of your assistance to us on our recent trip to Vietnam. All our connections were well managed and I always had the feeling that, had anything gone wrong (it did not), then it would soon be fixed. As an ex-military officer this speaks to me of good organisation and communication in your company.
The guides and drivers you selected were all professional and of good personality and helped to make our visit enjoyable. They often went out of their way to find out what we wanted and were able to be flexible and vary their prepared itinerary to help us.
May I especially commend my guide in Dien Bien Phu, Miss Sen. Some travel blogs warn that guides around Dien Bien Phu have only a superficial knowledge of the French and Viet Minh campaigns, but I found Miss Sen to be very well informed and able to answer every question I had. Her enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made it a memorable two days.

It was so good to meet you at last.

George & I had enjoyed your company and learning about your life in Hanoi. The food was delicious, thank you, and it was exciting catching the cyclo around the old streets and back to our Hotel. We appreciated your generous hospitality.

We are now at the airport waiting for our flight to Siem Reap, but will always think kindly of Hanoi, thanks to you.

We hope one day to return your hospitality in Australia.

Em đã kết thúc chuyến đi Đà Nẵng, hihi, một chuyến đi đáng nhớ anh ạ.

Riêng về khách sạn nhà em thấy hài lòng, nên là lần sau đi đâu chắc lại nhờ anh giúp rồi ạ, vì yêu khách sạn quá nên là nhà em hầu như ở trong khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng thui anh à, hihi, cũng có đi được vài nơi nhưng cũng mệt, và chốt lại phòng khách sạn vẫn là nơi lý tưởng nhất, hihi.

Mong là năm sau thì sẽ tung tẩy được nhiều hơn khi bọn trẻ con lớn và khỏe hơn anh ạ.

Bác sếp rất rất hài lòng với chuyến đi miền Trung gồm Huế, ĐN và HA. Bác khen tourguide tốt bụng và uyên thâm, giúp bác có khoảng thời gian rất đẹp ở đây.

Tuy nhiên khi vào Sài Gòn, có thể bạn tourguide còn quá trẻ nên chuyến đi không đc như mong đợi, nhất là khi bạn dùng iPad để hướng dẫn. Mong bạn có thể rút kinh nghiệm cho những tour sau.

Em hi vọng là lần sau em có bạn đến vn, anh có thể giúp em lên lịch trình với tourguide và bác tài tuyệt như chuyến đi miền Trung này ha!

Thank you very much for your seasonal greetings.

The arrangements we had with your agency went all very well. At the beginning we had some problems regarding our pick-up to the Halong Bay, but finally it all went well. The trip you arranged for us in Laos was great as well.

Next year we plan to go to Myanmar. Do you also offer private tours there? If yes, please let us know.

Hope you are well together with your family. 
We are very well now after a little rest now that we have returned home.
After we left Siam Reap we stayed 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur before our return to Australia on the 4th of March.
We were very happy to meet you and we thankyou again for your kind hospitality and gifts that you presented to us which we were not expecting.
Our holiday in Vietnam & Cambodia has been a beautiful experience which we will never forget you live in a beautiful country with beautiful and kind people.
The itinery of our trip was exactly what we wanted everything went well for us and the accident on Halong Bay and Da Nang flight overload was not a worry for anybody
it happened and it was not your company to blame . I wish to congratulate you and your tour guides on how you took care of us at that moment.

I know you would like me to give you feedback of our tour but I am finding it difficult to think of something that we did not enjoy or would change, the itinery was great, your 
tour guides were very nice people that looked after us in every way, the selection of restaurants and food was 4 ½ star, and the hotels were very comfortable. We could 
not have asked for anything more from you or your company everything went well in every way.
We have already passed on in recommending you and your company to some of our friends who are thinking of coming to Vietnam so we are hoping that we can send some more Australians to your beautiful country.
Once again I thankyou very much ( c’am u’nhieu ) for everything to you and you staff in making our holiday most enjoyable.

Dear Mr Dao,

Thanks for all your organising. The trip was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves, though it was "busy" with all the golf.

Your company did an excellent job. The bus as transport was excellent, and the Hanoi guide Mr Dong was very good.

Unfortunately we all caught colds, but nothing serious. The Vietnam Airlines flight was good, and I was surprised how both airports had been upgraded. Excellent.

Your company was very efficient. Thanks.
